State Backbone Intelligent Network of Former China Telecom

　　In December of 2000, CINtel established 800# service platform in the state backbone intelligent network for the former China Telecom. Service control point BJNSCP6 and service management point SMP4 are also set up to particularly process China Telecom‘s 800# service throughout the country.
